Pork Tacos.
I decided tonight was the PERFECT (TacoTuesday) night for those Slow Cooker Pork tacos everyone keeps talking about.
Well I bought the 3 Pasilla chiles. But I couldn’t find Ancho chiles ANYWHERE.
So I thought… I’ll improvise with a jalapeno, a yellow pepper, and one baby habanero.

Last night we went down to LA Live. Played air hockey and fake bowling at the ESPN Zone. Dinner at the Yardhouse. and my very first Professional basketball game. Lakers WON! It was a splendid night. Splendid.

Drew's 30th Birthday
We got all dressed up.
Drank Champagne and I stole a few smooches.
And we went to Animal for the best dinner ever.
Tonight we are going to the Lakers vs. the Clippers. It will be my first professional Basketball game. I’m really excited.

It's a rainy rainy day.
I love the change in weather. I actually ache for days like today. Days where I don’t get too hot in my boots. Days that call for sweatshirts.

Oxtails. What you sayyyy?
Tonight’s dinner will be slow braised Oxtails.
First things first:
